Tuition fees for the SEMiCS Master's program are 12,600 €.
In addition, there is a one-time admission fee of 980 €.

Educational background

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer science, software engineering or comparable IT-related degree programs

Language skills

  • English (e.g. IELTS 6.0, TOEFL 80, PTE 56 or equivalent)

Work experience

  • At least one year of relevant practical experience in software, system or technology-related activities

Yes, all modules are offered in English.

Basics are helpful, but not essential. The engineering content is systematically structured.

Yes. Laboratory and project-based modules are an integral part of the course.

Lectures start on the 29th September 2026, i.e. in the coming winter semester 2026/2027.
