1. How can I contact the library to share my suggestions, praise, or criticisms?

There are several ways to do this. At our homepage, you can use the convenient online contact form to share your opinions with us via email. Additionally, each campus library has an “opinion box” set up, so that you can also submit your comments to us on paper 

Of course, you can always contact us by phone too if you would like to share your opinion orally.

2. What happens with my information?

Providing personal information is optional, and the information will solely be used for the purposes of processing your comment. Please note, that we may only contact you if you provide us with the necessary information. We ensure that your information is treated as confidential.

3. How quickly will I get an answer?

Your comment will be processed straight away. Soon after submitting your comment, you will receive a confirmation of receipt from us.
